Relationship Graph

Where an institution enables it, an optional Neo4j graph links accounts, devices and IP addresses so that risk on one entity can raise the risk of entities connected to it.

Optional

The graph runs only in deployment profiles that enable it. Without Neo4j, QUORUM continues without the graph contribution.

Bounded

Graph lookups are time-limited so a slow graph never holds up a decision.

Scoped

Graph data is held per deployment, inside the institution's environment.

Limits

QUORUM does not claim a measured detection rate for fraud rings or bot clusters.
